I have a question about my order. Who should I contact?

Do you ship to my country?
Most likely. We ship internationally using USPS First Class International, which services most countries worldwide.
Can I order by phone?
At this time we are not processing orders by phone, as our online store ties directly into our shipping and inventory system. If you need to pay with another form of payment, please contact support.
Some orders may require additional in-country fees for international deliveries.
Missing, Damaged, or Bad Media
My order has not yet arrived. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately and we will assist you. Things may happen during transit, but we guarantee our product or your money back. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us if a package is missing. For international orders, please remember that customs may have to clear the package before it is delivered.
I have damaged or bad media. What should I do?
Please contact us and we will arrange for working copies at no charge. If playing your disc on a computer, you may check to be sure you have all of your system's most current software updates.
My package did not contain everything I ordered, or my order was incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately and we will arrange to send another package with the correct items.
